7. Survival of Other Terms

All provisions of the original Terms of Service with MoxiWorks remain in full effect. This document serves as a supplement and update to ensure compliance with Texas law and U.S. federal law.

Texas-Specific Addendum to Terms of Service

This Texas Addendum supplements and modifies the Century 21 Tevas Terms of Service:

  1. TREC Compliance – We provide required IABS and Consumer Protection Notices via website links and upon request.
  2. Brokerage Licensing – The brokerage name, license number, and designated broker will always be displayed on our website and in communications.
  3. Texas Fair Housing – We comply with state and federal housing nondiscrimination laws.
  4. TDPSA Rights – Consumers may request access, correction, deletion, or copies of their personal data, and opt out of certain data uses.
  5. Dispute Resolution – Texas law governs all disputes with Century 21 Tevas. Venue shall be Harris County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
